This Privacy Policy explains how Zumpio ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you or your child use any game published by Zumpio (each a "Game") on the Amazon Appstore or any other store. It is a single policy that applies to all of our Games.
1. The short version
- Our Games do not collect, store or share any personal information.
- No accounts, no sign-up, no email, no chat and no social features.
- No ads, no advertising identifiers and no third party tracking or analytics.
- Progress, coins, unlocked items and settings stay only on your device.
- We never sell data.
2. Data stored on your device
Game progress such as levels, coins, unlocked items and sound settings is saved only on your device in the Game's private storage. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. We operate no game servers and cannot read this data. Deleting the Game deletes it.
3. Children's privacy (COPPA)
Our Games are designed to be suitable for all ages, including children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws such as the GDPR-K. Because our Games collect no personal information at all from any user, including children under 13, no parental consent is required to play. Our Games contain no ads, no links to social networks and no ways for a child to share information.
4. Advertising and analytics
Our Games contain no advertising, no advertising SDKs and no analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not use advertising identifiers or device identifiers.
5. Purchases
Coins and unlockable items inside our Games are earned by playing and cannot be bought with real money. If a Game is sold for a price, the purchase is processed by the store you downloaded it from (for example the Amazon Appstore). We never receive payment details, names or store account information. Refunds are handled by the store according to its policies.
6. Permissions
Our Games request no sensitive permissions. We do not access contacts, photos, the microphone, the camera, location or the internet.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA) you may have rights to access or delete personal data. Since we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to access or delete. Parents with any question can contact us at the address below.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above.
